One to one counselling service
A confidential person centred one to one session, carried out in a safe environment. Each sessions duration is around 1 ½ hours. I work with adults who present with life situations such as; Alcoholism, Drug Addiction, Self harm, Grief & Loss, Relationships, Family members who request support.
Family Intervention service
A supportive intervention service where the family is supported in bringing a family member to seek help for an issue they are facing.
One to one coaching service
A confidential one to one service using specific questioning techniques designed to supporting people in developing issues such as; Confidence and esteem issues, Career development, Relationships, Personal Development and Self Awareness.
Individual or Group request service
I am happy to hear from any person of group who may have an individual request. Each request will be treated with utmost respect and I will endeavour to offer a satisfactory outcome.
